Experience and stained paper art
Today’s mindful art session at the school gave me wings again.
I talked to the kids about a blank piece of paper – it had endless possibilities as one awesome teacher said – but it was also blank, plain, and empty.
Just like scars leave marks on our bodies – experiences make marks on our lives. This makes the paper different – interesting. BUT you can also add yourself to the experience and that makes it beautiful! Here are some done by the kids. I love how they took the minimal instruction and let their ideas and creativity blossom!
It was also cool that many kids used the scented markers so you could experience their art with your eyes and with your nose 😆
